What is Christlike leadership, and how can we develop leaders of character? How can the Lausanne community steward a vision for godly leadership in times of global uncertainty?
Join the Lausanne Leadership Development Network for a pre-conference consultation ahead of Amplify 2026. Bringing leaders together around these shared questions, the consultation will explore three dimensions of Christlike leadership: abide, connect, and become.
With less presentation and more participation, each theme will begin with a brief framing followed by meaningful table conversation. Participants will have the opportunity to test the framework, share wisdom and experience, and contribute to an emerging global vision for Christlike leadership development.
ABIDE: Leadership begins in a deep life with Christ, not technique or platform.
CONNECT: Leaders are formed in community, interdependence, and accountability.
BECOME: The goal is not merely skilled leadership, but becoming leaders of character who reflect Jesus and make disciples.
