The Lausanne Movement’s Freedom and Justice Network invites you to a Day of Prayer for Peace in the Holy Land, taking place online on 10 September from 10:00 to 11:30 EST.
This special time of prayer will be hosted by Rev Dr Mae Elise Cannon, Executive Director of Churches for Middle East Peace (CMEP). Together, we will hold a virtual prayer vigil—lifting up voices of petition and lament, and calling on God for an end to war and conflict in the Middle East.
As part of this gathering, we will also commission the newly formed Lausanne War and Peace Cohort—a global group committed to peacemaking in the way of Jesus.
We invite you to join us in this united act of prayer, hope, and commitment to the work of peace.
