Academic Ministry and Educators Network (AMEN) | Panel Discussion

How can Christian scholars, professors, and students faithfully live out their calling in the university world? In this engaging panel discussion recorded by the AMEN Issue Network, global leaders reflect on the challenges and opportunities of academic ministry and why Christian academics play a critical role in God’s mission today.

  • Stan Wallace introduces AMEN’s vision: to equip and connect Christian professors worldwide so they can be the aroma of Christ on their campuses.
  • Bee Lan Wang shares how AMEN seeks to bridge the historical divide between the church and the academy, especially in regions where academics feel sidelined.
  • Kathy Tuan-MacLean highlights the need to support Christian scholars, an often unreached group, who shape fields of knowledge and influence future generations.
  • Timothee Joset reflects on how collaboration, shared resources, and global fellowship can empower academics to thrive, even in highly competitive or secular contexts.

The AMEN network fosters collaboration, offers practical resources, and builds a global community where Christian scholars are equipped both as a mission field and as agents of God’s redemptive work.
