YLGen: A School for Servant Leadership

YLGen: A School for Servant Leadership

When Sylvia Namutebi Sewagudde stepped into full-time leadership of the Nurses and Midwives Christian Fellowship Uganda, she felt alone, uncertain, and without formal leadership training. Joining YLGen in 2019 became ‘a timely answer to prayer’.

‘YLGen became my school,’ she shared – a place where she was discipled, equipped, and connected to a global family of believers. Through webinars, prayer calls, mentoring, and rich Lausanne resources, her love for God and mission deepened.

Having now completed the Lausanne Leadership Journey Cohort 2, Sylvia continues to model ‘Humility, Simplicity, and Integrity’ as she strengthens Christian witness among healthcare professionals in Uganda and beyond.
