‘Who Will Lead Next?’ is the second gathering in our series on the TRUST Pathway. Good city movements can stall or disappear when leadership remains concentrated in the present generation. Who will lead next?
Join us as experienced leaders from across regions share how they are strengthening and releasing emerging leaders for collaborative city movements.
Mac Pier (Movement.org, Global) brings decades of experience catalysing collaborative movements in cities worldwide. He will reflect on leadership succession and what is needed for city movements to continue multiplying.
Mark Visvasam (Movement Day, Asia) mentors and coaches city leaders across Asia. He is passionate about equipping spiritual leaders who can transform cities and nations.
Dr Kavitha Emmanuel (Disruptive Women, Asia/Global) is a leadership trainer and social entrepreneur with three decades of experience building cultures of dignity and equality. She leads a movement mobilising the church for women’s flourishing in leadership.
Steve Scrimgeour (Compassion Australia, Australia/Asia) works across church partnerships and leadership development with leaders across Asia. He is passionate about seeing emerging leaders trusted and released for collaborative mission.
This gathering is hosted by the Lausanne Cities Network, an issue network of the Lausanne Movement committed to mobilising the global church for holistic mission in, through, and with the world’s cities.
