Servant Leadership: Leading Like Christ

Philip Ryken delivers a compelling message on the importance of servant leadership, inspired by the example of Jesus Christ. He calls participants to embrace humility, simplicity, and integrity in their leadership, reminding us that Christ led by serving first. Drawing from Scripture and personal reflection, Ryken challenges believers to prioritize the needs of others in their leadership and to trust the Holy Spirit to guide them. Through an interactive exercise, he encourages leaders to reflect on how they want to be remembered by those they disciple, urging them to follow Christ’s model of servanthood.
