A major focus in the coming two or three years is to establish a central Lausanne Publishing Board with satellite publishing committees. To do this will require patient hard work, diligent record-keeping, and the building of many personal relationships across cultures. The Publishing Manager will play a pivotal role.

- Tell us about a time you failed, and what happened as a result.
- What attracts you to this role? Are there parts of it which you will enjoy more than other parts?
