Biola University, La Mirada, California, USA

The Lausanne Generations Conversation (LGC23) will be a unique on-site gathering of individuals from across generations, geographies, and missional interests. LGC23 will provide insight, models, and best practices for intentional intergenerational connecting, convening, communities, and collaboration for global mission throughout the Movement in the coming decades.

Participants can expect to engage in dynamic mission-focused conversations that will prayerfully lead to the following outcomes:

  • Strengthened vision of intergenerational relationships and partnerships as part of the Lausanne 4 process.
  • Lasting intergenerational friendships that are mutually encouraging.
  • Production of a guide to support intergenerational connection within global, regional, and issue network gatherings from a biblical worldview and in alignment with the Lausanne mission.

Participation:

  • The LGC23 Selection Team is prayerfully seeking participants over the age of 20 who meet the selection criteria.
  • Due to the conversational nature of the gathering, participants must be able to attend the gathering in person. Participants will also be invited to some online pre-program engagement.

Costs:

All on-site expenses for the gathering will be covered (ie housing, meals, conference expenses). However, each participant is asked to provide for their own travel expenses and prayerfully consider donating to a travel stipend fund to support those unable to cover their full travel expenses.

Please consider giving so majority world leaders will be able to participate in the Lausanne Generations Conversation.
