The INTERACT initiative is launching a new series of Issue Network Roundtables on Intergenerational Collaboration: one-day in-person gatherings designed to equip, connect, and mobilize leaders for healthy partnership across generations.
These roundtables will bring together Lausanne Catalysts, Regional Directors, and YLG 4 participants, along with others who desire to see younger and older leaders serve and lead together in God’s mission.
Participants of these roundtables will gain a shared framework and biblical vision for intergenerational collaboration, grounded in real stories, peer learning, and practical tools that can be applied immediately within Lausanne Issue Networks and beyond.
Building Healthy, Shared Leadership Across the Movement
Leaders are asking how to engage all generations meaningfully in the mission of God. The INTERACT roundtables provide space to:
- Deepen your understanding of intergenerational collaboration through a biblically grounded, globally relevant framework.
- Exchange insights and experiences with peers from across Lausanne’s networks.
- Identify pitfalls, postures, practices, and processes that promote mutuality, shared ownership, and long-term partnership.
- Prepare your context to welcome and empower younger leaders ahead of YLG 4 in 2027.
What You’ll Experience
Each one-day roundtable is designed to be:
- Relational—connecting for conversation, clarity, and collaboration.
- Informational—introducing practical tools for intergenerational teamwork.
- Experiential—applying the INTERACT Framework and Diagnostic Tool in real time.
- The first roundtable will take place on 12 May 2026 in London, United Kingdom. Additional gatherings will be announced later this year.
