Dr Piet Brinksma holds a doctorate in transformational leadership from Bakke Graduate University. He serves as pastor of Rafaël Amsterdam Noord and works as a researcher, trainer, and coach in the areas of urban transformation and city networks across Europe.
With more than 30 years of experience in church leadership, city network development, and fostering unity movements among churches in Amsterdam and other European cities, Piet brings deep insight into collaborative gospel witness in urban contexts. He is also actively involved in coaching and training initiatives related to gospel movements and city transformation.
In this Deep Dive session, Piet will share honest reflections and practical lessons from his journey of exploring and experimenting with the four-level ecosystem model for city transformation. Together, we will consider what it looks like to cultivate healthy ecosystems that encourage collaboration, spiritual renewal, and long-term gospel impact in cities across Europe and beyond.
