Jehovah Shalom – Performing Arts Sketch

Jehovah Shalom’ and ‘Home’ were written in response to a conversation with Marina Silva and designed to surround her talk at the 2016 Younger Leaders Gathering. ‘Jehovah Shalom’ explores the costs of furniture and food from the perspective of a wealthy western white college student and also from the perspective of a young adult resident of a rain forest, and the complicated dynamic between them. The second piece, ‘Home’, is a meditation on ownership and stewardship of home. With ‘Jehovah Shalom’ by Michael Kim-Eubanks.

This presentation was given at the third Lausanne Younger Leaders Gathering (YLG2016) held in Jakarta, Indonesia, from 3-10 August 2016.
