Nominate an Emerging Leader for YLG 4

YLG 4 Vision | Key Details

The Younger Leaders Gathering 4 (YLG 4) is a unique opportunity to equip, connect, and empower 1,200 emerging Christian leaders (ages 25–35) from around the world for greater kingdom impact. We need your help to find and nominate the right leaders—those who will shape the future of the global church.

YLG 4 is more than a gathering. It is the entry point into the Younger Leaders Generation (YLGen), a 10-year journey of mentoring, discipleship, and global collaboration.

Why Nominations?

Invitation to YLG 4 is through nomination to ensure that the right leaders—those with a passion for mission, influence in their context, and a willingness to journey with Lausanne—are invited. A nomination does not guarantee selection, but it is the first step in the process.

By nominating a younger leader, you are helping to shape the next generation of global mission leaders, missionaries, church planters, scholars, and global influencers who will collaborate to accelerate global mission.

Who Should Be Nominated?

We are looking for emerging Christian leaders who:

  • Are between 25 and 35 years old (some exceptions for those 18-25 or up to 40 in specific cultural contexts).
  • Have a deep faith in Jesus Christ and affirm The Lausanne Covenant
  • Demonstrate Christlike character and a commitment to growing in faith.
  • Are actively serving in leadership within the church, mission, workplace, academia, or public sphere.
  • Have influence in their context and potential for national, regional, or global impact.
  • Are willing to engage with Lausanne long-term through the Younger Leaders Generation (YLGen) and beyond.
  • Are committed to global mission and a kingdom mindset of collaboration.

YLG 4 is not just about gathering representatives from different regions. It’s about bringing together leaders who will stay connected, collaborate, and make an impact for years to come.
