Michelle Riddell serves as Operations Director for Collaboration. She brings over 25 years of leadership expertise in areas such as digital strategy, business operations, customer success, and technology innovation.
She also contributes to NXT Move and provides business consulting to ministries. In addition, she serves as an adjunct professor and Program Director for the Undergraduate Business Administration Program at Jessup Global Online, a division of Jessup University.
Michelle and her husband Eric reside in Washington, where she enjoys the close proximity to family and the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
