Become a Lausanne Global Partner

The Lausanne Global Partners program is an exclusive network designed for ministry partners who share a vision of advancing the gospel and impacting the world for Christ. This partnership goes beyond financial support—it's about building lasting relationships, co-laboring in mission, and fostering meaningful connections with other like-minded leaders and organizations in the Lausanne Movement.

Why Partnership Matters

The Lausanne Global Partners is founded on the biblical principle of partnership, reflecting Paul’s words in Philippians 1:5: ‘because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.‘ We believe that fulfilling the Great Commission is a collective effort, and through this partnership, we can do more together than we could ever accomplish on our own. Your partnership helps extend the reach of global mission, enabling greater collaboration across the global church.

Annual Partners Gathering: An Exclusive Retreat for Lausanne Global Partners

As a Lausanne Global Partner, you are invited to an exclusive annual partners gathering scheduled for Fall 2025. This carefully crafted retreat is designed to foster deep relationships, provide invaluable insights, and offer you much-needed rest and rejuvenation. In a world busy with ministry demands, this gathering creates space for three key elements that will equip and refresh you for continued gospel work.

Small Groups for Lasting Connections

At this gathering, you will be placed in a small group with carefully selected peers—leaders of similar influence, ministry caliber, and life stage. These groups provide a unique opportunity to build new, meaningful relationships with leaders who understand the same challenges and joys you face. Through these connections, you’ll gain a support network of fellow leaders who can walk alongside you beyond the event.

Large Gatherings with Global Thought Leaders

In addition to personal connections, this retreat offers thought leadership from experts and researchers around the world. These large sessions are designed to equip you with insights on key global mission trends—knowledge that leaders often don’t have time to explore on their own. You’ll leave with fresh perspectives, strategies, and encouragement that will inform your ministry’s future.

Rejuvenation for Spiritual and Physical Refreshment

More than just a time of learning, this gathering is also a space for renewal. The program is intentionally designed to offer rest and refreshment, with time for worship, prayer, and quiet recreation. We understand that healthy leaders are vital to healthy congregations and organizations, so we prioritize creating an environment where you can pause, recharge, and return to ministry with renewed energy and focus.

This event is a place to refresh you spiritually, equip you intellectually, and connect you relationally with like-minded leaders. It is not just a break from ministry but a time to be strengthened for continued faithful service. This gathering is designed specifically with leaders like yourself in mind, and we believe that you’ll want to mark it on your calendar each year, knowing it will be a time of connection, growth, and much-needed refreshment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Lausanne Global Partners?

Lausanne Global Partners is a partnership programme that the Lausanne Movement has with mission-hearted churches and organizations around the world. At the heart of Global Partners programme is a desire to exchange God-given gifts with its partners for the strengthening of our gospel witness and to accelerate the fulfillment of the Great Commission.

How will the programme work?

For the past 50 years, the Lausanne Movement has created spaces for Christian influencers to gather and share ideas for evangelization. Through Global Partners programme, we aim to do this more regularly to keep up with the rapidly changing times, as well as connect like-minded leaders across the globe. Global Partners programme members, in return, support the Lausanne Movement through financial and prayer support.

A key part of the programme will be the SOMA gathering, a special opportunity for our partners to connect with each other while also enjoying a time of learning and rejuvenation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for partners who are:

  • Missional (Matt. 28:19-20)
    • Emphasis on fulfilling the Great Commission
  • Global (Eph. 2:19-22)
    • Celebrating the global body of Christ
  • Mutual (1 Cor. 12:12-30)
    • Posture of respect and mutuality across regional, cultural, and denominational boundaries
How can I join?

As we seek to follow the biblical model of partnership, we invite our partners to join us in prayer (Philippians 1:3–5) and in the sharing of resources (Philippians 4:15–17), recognizing that the advancement of the gospel is a collective effort.

Sharing of Resources

Your financial partnership plays a vital role in sustaining and expanding the work of the Lausanne Movement. Beyond operations and mission research, Lausanne is deeply committed to:

  • Mentoring 1,000+ younger leaders over a ten-year period, now preparing to enter the fourth generation of mentorship
  • Addressing key global challenges through 28 Issue Networks, convening experts and practitioners to advance biblical solutions
  • Serving all regions of the world through 12 regional teams, ensuring that Lausanne remains a truly global and contextually relevant movement

To support this work, we humbly ask you to consider one of the following ways to partner with us:

  • An annual gift of $6,000 USD
  • Dedicating one Sunday service to highlighting the Lausanne Movement—whether during Missions Month, Easter Sunday, or another significant occasion—and designating the offering to support the Movement
  • Committing 1% of annual revenue
  • Providing a full-time seconded employee to serve with the Lausanne Movement

We deeply appreciate your partnership in this shared mission and look forward to laboring together for the advancement of the gospel.
