A Global Gathering for Emerging Christian Leaders
Are you an emerging leader passionate about advancing the gospel and shaping the future of the global church? The Younger Leaders Gathering (YLG 4) is for you!This gathering will bring together 1,200 young Christian leaders (ages 25–35) from around the world to be equipped, encouraged, and empowered for greater kingdom impact. But YLG 4 is more than just a one-time event—it’s the launch of a 10-year journey through the Younger Leaders Generation (YLGen), a global community focused on discipleship, mentorship, and collaboration.
At the Younger Leaders Gathering you will be encouraged to:
- Deepen Conviction Engage with biblical teaching on God’s mission and be equipped to make a lasting gospel impact.
- Cultivate Christlike Character Grow through mentorship, accountability, and learning from experienced leaders and peers.
- Build Gospel Community Form meaningful relationships with mentors and peers, fostering lifelong connections within the Lausanne Movement.
- Be Commissioned Receive tools, encouragement, and support to serve faithfully and sustain a long-term ministry calling.
Who Should Join YLG 4?
If you are an emerging Christian leader (ages 25–35) actively serving in ministry or mission, this gathering is designed for you!
YLG 4 is not just about gathering representatives from different regions. It’s about bringing together leaders who will stay connected, collaborate, and make an impact for years to come.

The Path to YLG 4
Step 1: Get Nominated
To attend YLG 4, you must be nominated by someone who knows your leadership, character, and ministry impact—such as a senior pastor, mentor, or Lausanne Movement leader.
Step 2: Apply
Once nominated, you will receive an invitation to apply. You’ll need to complete an application, including a reference letter, to be considered.
Step 3: Get Selected and Register
Applications are reviewed based on leadership impact, regional representation, and Lausanne engagement. Once selected, you will be invited to register.
Step 4: Connect and Prepare (2026)
In the year leading up to YLG 4, you’ll join a virtual small group for an immersive experience of learning, worship, and relationship building.
Step 5: Gather in Brazil (March 2027)
Join 1,200 emerging leaders for a life-changing week of engagement, networking, and shared vision.
Step 6: Return and Multiply
After the gathering, you’ll become part of the Younger Leaders Generation (YLGen), a decade-long journey of mentoring, collaboration, and mission impact in every sphere of society.
