2017 marks the 500th anniversary of that significant moment when Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses to the church door in Wittenberg, Germany. The reformers found themselves in a day with little understanding of the gospel within the church and so began to work towards a rediscovery of the gospel for the people of God and for the world.
500 years after the Reformation, our opportunity is to ask the question of how we can further work together to see the unchanged truth of Christ witnessed among all peoples, languages, tribes, and nations.
Lausanne is convening an unprecedented group of 90 of the world’s most influential leaders in global mission from 12-14 June 2017 in Germany. This gathering will center on accelerating and collaborating toward the accomplishment of a vision of the gospel for every person and an evangelical church for every people.
This gathering is by invitation only.
