Journey of Faith: Reaching the Unreached in Uganda

Lawrence Owinya

Pr. Lawrence Owinya is the Founder of Reaching Frontiers. An indigenous Missions non-profit in Uganda, that exists to mobilize, train, and send missionaries to hard-to-reach areas for Church Planting and Community Transformation. Together with His wife Simple Lydia Oyella, they have served as missionaries to the Tepeth and Matheniko of Karamoja Uganda.
Lawrence attended seminary and graduated with a BA in Theology from Africa Renewal University Uganda. He is currently pursuing graduate studies in Missiology at All Nations College UK and an MA in Global Leadership at Wheaton College IL.
Together with Simple, they are on a study sabbatical, residing in Wheaton Illinois. They are passionate about reaching communities that have no Gospel access and working with local Churches to strategize for Church Planting in hard-to-reach areas. They love Jesus and to share Christ with others.
