Taylor Williams is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of service in the local church, working with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He holds a BA in International Relations and Marketing from Kent State University, a Master of Divinity in Spiritual Formation from Ashland Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Leadership and Resiliency from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
For the past 10.5 years, Taylor has dedicated his career to serving Christian leaders across North America with Arrow Leadership, where he has supported and mentored leaders in their spiritual and professional growth. Taylor is passionate about helping others make Kingdom investments this side of Heaven, and equipping leaders to live out their faith with purpose and resilience.
He is married to Joanna, a Marriage and Family Therapist in Ohio, and together they have three children. Outside of his professional life, he’s an avid runner, enjoys spending time outdoors, and is still determined to keep up with the game of basketball.
