Mitchelle Rajapakse is an accomplished youth pastor and seminary lecturer. She has over 10 years of experience in youth ministry development, resource creation, and training young leaders at a national level in Sri Lanka. She has a natural gifting in mobilizing, teaching, and speaking into the lives of young people, and has successfully shaped next-generation ministries across the country.
Currently, Mitchelle serves as a licensed minister, pastoring the next generation at Life Centre Colombo in Sri Lanka while simultaneously lecturing in History of Christianity and Practical Theology at the Colombo Theological Seminary. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in leadership development and curriculum creation, and holds a Master of Arts in Ministry from Asia Pacific Theological Seminary.
Beyond her local church work, Mitchelle is an active advocate for youth mobilization across Sri Lanka and Asia, speaking regularly at national and global events and conferences to equip the next generation of leaders.
