Marla has lived and served in Asia for about two decades, where she enjoyed working with people with disabilities and their families. She has initiated and spearheaded various disability-related projects and programs in parent support, inclusive education, foster care, and training for churches and ministry leaders. Marla is passionate about disability theology and ministry, as well as enabling and connecting others in global mission. Her post-graduate degrees are in special education and theology. In her free time, she loves to hang out with family and friends, preferably over a good coffee.
