Joshua Bogunjoko is a family physician who graduated from the University of Port Harcourt in Nigeria and furthered his studies in organizational leadership at Briercrest Biblical Seminary in Caronport, Canada. From 1995 to 2006, he served at the SIM Hospital in Galmi, Niger Republic, alongside his wife, Dr. Joanna Bogunjoko, with four of those years as the hospital’s Director. He later held the role of SIM Deputy International Director for Europe and West Africa from 2006 to 2013 and served as the SIM International Director from 2013 until February 2024. In October 2024, he assumed the role of Global Director of Regions for the Lausanne Movement. They are blessed with two adult children, Jochebed and Joel.
