Gathuku Kibunga is the Executive Secretary of Africa Speaks (africaspeaks.global), a network of Christian publishing professionals serving the church across Africa. He also serves as Chairman of Timazi Africa (timazi.org), a ministry that equips educators, youth pastors, and parents through Teacher training and the publishing of discipleship resources for the next generation.
Gathuku has been active with the Lausanne Movement since Cape Town 2010 and participated in the Younger Leaders Gathering (Jakarta, 2016). He and his wife, Maggie, are both contributing authors to the State of the Great Commission Report.
He holds a Master of Ministry Leadership degree from Belhaven University and is currently pursuing a D.Min at Biola University. Gathuku and Maggie are based in Nairobi, Kenya, and are grateful parents to three teenagers.
