Eiko Takamizawa is a Japanese missiologist, preacher, and mission mobilizer for churches, seminaries, and conferences in Asia and other countries. She is an adjunct professor for Tokyo Christian University, and a member of the steering committee for SEANET (a missiological society for the Buddhist world).
Eiko formerly served as a professor of mission and intercultural studies at Torch Trinity Graduate University in Korea. She was the fifth president for the Asian Society of Missiology, a founding member of the Korea Japanese Ministries Association, and the founder and representative for the Supporters’ Association of Mongol Kids’ Home, an organization that helps homeless children in Mongolia. She received her MDiv from ACTS, Seoul, and PhD from Trinity International University in Chicago, Illinois.
