Chad Neal Segraves

Catalyst for Men and Women in Partnership for the Gospel

Chad serves as the executive director of 10/40 Connections, which he and his wife Leslie co-founded in 2000. Since its founding, 10/40 has helped rescue and restore thousands of women from trafficking, fed and educated hundreds of at-risk children, planted numerous house churches among unreached people groups, installed dozens of water wells, and promoted teaching that advocates for the unborn and women.

Having lived many years in India, China, and the Middle East, Chad earned his Doctorate of Missiology from Fuller Seminary in 2009. In 2017 he and his wife published Engaged in Love and War: Awakening Commitment and Courage.

Chad and Leslie serve as co-catalysts for Men and Women in Partnership for the Gospel. They live in Southeast Asia with their three children.
