After ten years with Lausanne’s young leaders ministry, Rodney Pennington has transitioned into the Bridge Leaders Initiative, where he is training ‘to mentor and disciple the next generation of global leaders.’ This new initiative reflects Lausanne’s long-term vision for leadership development – connecting generations so that younger leaders are not only gathered, but guided, strengthened, and accompanied over time.
