The God of the universe became a child-at-risk—born in extremely uncertain circumstances, experiencing homelessness and refugee life—and through this, changed all of human history. In our mission to help children at risk today, has our adult-centrism marginalized the very children we hope to help? Saturated with examples of mission to, for, and especially with children at risk, this paper brings fresh understanding to the unique ways children are called to serve God through mission.
