Event Report
The “Juba for Jesus” mission took place in a crucial time in the history of Sudan as a nation. The population of Juba was needing the unchanging word of God to give them hope as the South prepares for a referendum determining independence from the north with which they were at war with over the past 50 years until 2005. The people of Juba were hungry for Jesus, and responded in large numbers to a call to turn to the Lord form the partnership of Stephen Lungu, Keith Cook and many other gifted evangelists. The church itself was reinvigorated, and spurred on to be a united, prophetic voice in this time of uncertainty. We continue to pray for true peace in Sudan which can only be found through the Prince of Peace Himself.
