Inspiring Intergenerational Discipleship
What could become possible when generations stop working apart and begin learning from one another?
On 19 March 485 leaders from across the world gathered for Generations in the Spotlight, a global call exploring the power of intergenerational leadership. Participants reflected on biblical patterns of shared wisdom between older and younger leaders and grappled with how to bridge generational gaps in today’s church and mission.
Stories and honest conversations revealed the beauty and challenge of working across generations for the sake of the gospel. Excitement also grew as leaders caught a first glimpse of the vision for the 2027 Younger Leaders Gathering in Brazil.
