Rika Susiani was born in Indonesia and moved to the US in 2016 with her daughter.
She has a diverse background in market and business development research, administrative support, and sales, complemented by an MBA in management.
Through a challenging life journey, God has granted Rika the privilege to work with the Lausanne Movement, allowing her to grow in her faith, better serve him and others, and advance her professional career, all of which enable her to make a significant impact on global missions in her role as an executive assistant.
