Formed for Gospel Proclamation
What does a young evangelist need to grow from enthusiasm into wise, courageous, lifelong gospel ministry?
Through collaboration with Palau’s Global Network of Evangelists, a close partner and overlapping community with the Lausanne Proclamation Evangelism Network, a new generation of evangelists is being formed. One example is Josh, a passionate Gen Z evangelist who was part of the Fourth Lausanne Congress.
When this evangelist first joined, they described themselves as ‘enthusiastic but naïve’. Through the mentoring, friendships, and co-labouring relationships they found in the network, they now describe themselves as ‘a passionate, learning, and wiser evangelist’. Their creative expressions of the gospel found a home among other gifted evangelists committed to declaring the one gospel of Jesus Christ. Through the network, people are finding courage, belonging, mentoring, and a renewed sense of calling to help others meet Jesus.
