Disability has influenced Nathan John personally, professionally, and spiritually. Professionally he is a doctor and researches disability inclusion and barriers to access. Personally he has lived the experience of disability through his daughter. He also works with churches and Christians across the world to help explore how to better reach and include people with disability. He has experience in health missions in Asia, Africa and the Pacific.
