Daniel Kyungu Tchikala is a Doctor (Ph.D) in Human Resources Management from the University of Liège in Belgium, with training certificates in theology. He is the Bishop of the 1st Community of the Church of Christ in the Democratic Republic of Congo: Africa Inland Church Congo.

Dave Deuel (PhD) is senior research fellow emeritus for the Joni Eareckson Tada Disability Research Center. Dave is also academic dean emeritus for the Master’s Academy International. He currently serves as catalyst for the Disability Concerns issue network, and is chairperson for the New York State Council on Developmental Disabilities.
