Dr. Amy Orr-Ewing

Dr. Amy Orr-Ewing is an international author, speaker, and theologian who engages today’s deepest questions with thoughtful Christian apologetics. She is the author of several books, including Why Trust the Bible?, Where Is God in All the Suffering?, and Mary’s Voice: Advent Reflections to Contemplate the Coming of Christ.

Over the past 25 years, Amy has spoken on university campuses worldwide and addressed leaders in government, business, and the public sphere, including the UK Parliament and the White House. She holds a DPhil in Theology from the University of Oxford and serves as Honorary Lecturer in Divinity at the University of Aberdeen, Distinguished Scholar at Wheaton College, and Theologian in Residence at Saint Church in London.

In 2023, Amy was awarded the Alphege Award for Evangelism and Witness by the Church of England in recognition of her advocacy for justice and transparency on behalf of survivors of abuse.
