About the Plan
Who is Jesus, and how should we respond to him?
At the transfiguration, Peter, James, and John saw Jesus revealed in glory. Moses and Elijah appeared with him, representing the Law and the Prophets. Then a voice from the cloud declared, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!”
This 5-day plan invites us to hear that command again. We will reflect on Peter’s confession of Jesus as the Messiah, the meaning of the transfiguration, the beloved Son who suffers, the trustworthiness of Scripture, and the risen Lord who sends his people to the nations.
The Christian life begins, continues, and bears fruit as we learn to listen to Jesus.
