As Global Director for Issue Networks for the Lausanne Movement, Tanya coordinates the work of the catalysts who lead the issue networks. She thrives in building relationships across cultures that lead to flourishing ministry collaboration teams in churches, ministries, and the marketplace. She leans heavily on her gifts of hospitality and administration to welcome diverse participants, build the context for collaboration, and support their growth to accomplish the Lord’s purposes in the world.
She lived and served cross-culturally in Russia, Ukraine, Canada, and Moldova for 20 years and developed ministry partnerships across Africa and the Middle East through the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) and InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (USA) for 10 years before joining the Lausanne staff team.
Tanya holds a BA in Russian studies and government and politics from the University of Maryland and an MA in theology from Regent College.
Tanya met her husband while serving overseas, and they raised their family while serving in three different countries. They have two grown children and live in Madison, Wisconsin.
