Pan Sri Dato’ Sandra Lee is the executive chairman of Persatuan Daybreak, Malaysia, a vocational training centre for persons with special needs which she co-founded in 1992 as part of her church’s social concerns committee. She is an active member of her community and has served on various school boards.
Sandra holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (marketing) from American University in Washington, DC (US), and has worked in the food and beverage as well as beauty and fashion industries. Her recent endeavors include being CEO and brand guardian of the personal care brand Crabtree & Evelyn and completing a passion project restoring a historical shophouse in Ipoh, Malaysia, into a heritage gallery and restaurant. Currently Sandra has begun an entrepreneurial journey pioneering robotic and automatic innovations for agricultural terrains after experiencing a ‘eureka moment akin to divine inspiration’. Her company Robotics Engineering Solutions (RES) was founded because of this divine inspiration.
She is married to Oi Hian with whom she has four adult children and four grandchildren.
