A Covenant for Church Planting
What could happen when nations commit to pursuing church multiplication together rather than alone?
At the 17th Latin American Convention in Honduras, over 500 leaders from 22 countries gathered to explore church planting strategies. This Lausanne-endorsed initiative saw 8 countries signing a covenant to form and/or support a national collaborative gathering in their nation. ‘Gloria a Dios!’
Leaders left empowered to form national church planting roundtables. Lausanne’s vision — to see disciple-making churches established in every people and place by connecting influencers and ideas into collaborative visions and shared strategies that result in the multiplication of new communities of faith that impact every sphere of society — is gaining ground through unified, catalytic collaboration.
