Paul serves as Chairman/CEO of The Mission America Coalition. (The Mission America Coalition is the US Lausanne Committee.) The MA Coalition is a partnership of hundreds of Christian leaders, denominations, ministries and local churches collaborating together to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout America.
Paul is deeply committed to the ministry of evangelism in the United States and around the world.
He served as President of the Evangelical Free Churches of America for six years from 1990 to 1996. He pastored both large and smaller churches including Senior Pastor of Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena, California, as Pastor of Evangelism and Executive pastor at Hollywood Presbyterian Church, as well as serving as pastor in Naperville, Illinois and in Yorba Linda, California.
Paul also ministered with The Billy Graham Association and with Youth for Christ. He served as Executive Chair of the Lausanne Movement from 1998 – 2004 and today continues in an advisory capacity.
