Catalyst for Ministry Collaboration

USA

Michael serves with visionSynergy as director of global initiatives and as co-catalyst for ministry collaboration with the Lausanne Movement. He equips and coaches network and collaboration leaders across the world and also invests into networks providing strategic advising. Michael has ministered in more than 50 nations and is made for strategic relational connections, seeing every person on the planet as one-of-a-kind, uniquely made! He dreams of a day when thousands of collaborative leaders will rise up from within their church or organization to collaborate with others, solving complex challenges and seizing kingdom opportunities.

Michael contributed a chapter to the book, Fruit to Harvest: Witness of God’s Great Work among Muslims.

He holds a business degree from Taylor University (Indiana), and has participated in several Lausanne gatherings since 2004. Michael loves the Bride of Christ as well as his own bride, Lindsey. They first met while serving with Operation Mobilisation in the Middle East. Now they live in rural Georgia near Atlanta and parent their 5 children. When Michael is not connecting influencers or ideas for strategic impact, he loves playing with his family and enjoys his milking goats, reading, podcasts, and playing music.
