Rachel’s heart for serving amongst unreached people groups led her to serve on a church planting team in Chiba, Japan for two years. Her time in Asia has grown her heart for the global church as well as given her a vision to be further trained in counseling ministry.
She is currently a full-time student at Virginia Commonwealth University (Richmond, VA), completing her Master’s degree in Social Work with a Clinical Concentration. Rachel aspires to one day provide integrated Christian counseling services to ministry workers in unreached contexts.
