Take a look at some of the key concern areas that we seek to address.
It is estimated that over a trillion dollars is syphoned off each year from developing countries.
But corruption and lack of integrity is not merely an issue within secular governments and organisations.
In 2023, an estimated $62 billion was lost to ecclesiastical crime.
In other words, 6.6% of all funds given by Christians globally was lost to fraud or embezzlement.
This money stolen is more than the total giving to global foreign missions for the same period.
Some say the greatest hindrance to world evangelization is the lack of integrity in the church.
‘The overwhelming witness of the Bible is that the greatest problem for God in his redemptive mission for the world is his own people.’ – Chris Wright
How can we see integrity thrive?
Core Ambition
We want to see every member of the body of Christ living with integrity—their whole life in alignment with the person, teaching and example of Jesus Christ—so as not to undermine the witness of the good news of Jesus Christ in the world.
‘In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned’
Titus 2:7-8a [NIV]
Take a moment to pray for a leader you know—that they would submit their lives to the pure and whole teaching of Scripture with integrity and under the lordship of Jesus Christ.
So what can we do?
Strengthen integrity in theological education and Christian leadership by cultivating a deep understanding ofthe principles and practice of integrity.
