The Video Editing Lead is a pivotal figure within the Fourth Lausanne Congress’s creative team, driving the post-production process to craft compelling video narratives that captivate a global audience. This role involves overseeing the editing of footage from the congress, including keynotes, panels, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content, to produce high-quality video materials. The Video Editing Lead ensures that all video content is consistent with the congress’s brand, visual identity, and messaging, enhancing the congress’s reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction to the video editing team, establishing workflows and standards for video post-production.
- Creative Oversight: Oversee the creative aspects of video editing, ensuring that the final products are engaging, informative, and aligned with the congress’s objectives.
- Technical Quality Control: Ensure that all video content meets technical quality standards, including clarity, sound quality, and visual effects.
