Marketing Liaison

The Marketing Liaison serves as a vital connector within the Fourth Lausanne Congress, ensuring that all marketing efforts are in perfect harmony with the congress’s objectives. This role acts as the bridge between the marketing team and other departments, facilitating communication, coordinating promotional activities, and resolving any arising conflicts or issues. The Marketing Liaison also extends their coordination efforts to external marketing partners and vendors, ensuring a unified approach to promoting the congress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing team and other congress departments, ensuring alignment in marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Promotional Efforts: Coordinate the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, aligning them with the congress’s themes and goals.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise between the marketing team and other departments or external partners, ensuring smooth operation and consistency in messaging.
  • External Liaison: Maintain relationships with external marketing partners and vendors, coordinating efforts and ensuring compliance with congress branding and communication guidelines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
