The Video Studio Production Manager is entrusted with overseeing video production process for content being captured by the content team for use beyond the Congress. This role is pivotal in managing the video studio operations, coordinating with videographers and video editors, and ensuring that all video content adheres to the congress’s high-quality standards. The Video Studio Production Manager will also address and resolve any technical issues related to video production, including equipment setup and maintenance, to ensure smooth operation throughout the congress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Studio Management: Oversee the daily operations of the video studio, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with videographers and editors to plan and execute video shoots, ensuring content is produced on schedule and meets congress standards.
- Quality Control: Review and approve all video content, ensuring it aligns with the congress’s messaging, quality standards, and objectives.
- Technical Oversight: Handle the technical aspects of video production, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Collaborative Production: Work closely with other departments to ensure video content supports storytelling and promotional efforts across platforms.
