Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a crucial role as the CEO’s primary support, ensuring that the executive’s administrative, scheduling, and communication tasks are handled efficiently to enhance decision-making and effectiveness. This position demands a significant commitment, including international travel with the CEO for up to two weeks each month.

Key responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar to ensure it reflects current priorities and engagements, optimizing time management through regular reviews and strategic scheduling.
