Adnan Azhar Sandhu was born in 1978 in Gujranwala, Pakistan. He came to know Christ as a child and has since then had a passion to reach children for Christ in hostile countries. He started Pakistan Sunday School Ministry in 2001, an interdenominational and evangelical initiative. His ministry focuses on different holistic programs such as Kids Games, Kids Hubs, sports events, nutrition, education, gift distributions, and festivals to build a bridge to communities. He is also passionate about encouraging and motivating churches to realize the urgency to reach children. He has received new direction recently, to train workers in areas where the doors of the gospel will be closed soon. He is in the process of training master trainers who will multiply training in those areas. He has trained more than 15,000 children’s workers in South Asia in the last 15 years.
Adnan is a strategic leader and has designed a number of curricula for children’s workers in the Urdu language. He is serving with a couple of international movements, such as the 4-14 Window Movement, the International Sports Coalition, and the Global Children’s Forum for the last six years. He is also serving with Samaritan’s Purse and OneHope and travels on their behalf in different countries to train children’s and youth workers. He is in the process of designing a curriculum that will help leaders to reach Muslim children.
Adnan is married to Neelam and they have three daughters: Annika, Sabrina, and Adelina.
