God is on the move. During this Gathering we are seeking to connect and collaborate for the advancement of the Great Commission.
For three days during the summer of 2023 (July 5 – 8), Guyana will be host to one of the most significant Christian conferences to be held in our region – Lausanne Caribbean Leaders Gathering.
The conference will focus on the theme: God on the Move: Connecting, Collaborating and Commissioning for the Advancement of the Great Commission. It will provide an excellent opportunity to network and share with Christians from across the region and the world, who are: connecting with and seeing God’s Global Mission from a new perspective; collaborating with others to help transform their communities; being commissioned to ‘go into all the world and make disciples for Christ’
The program at the gathering will involve: Scripture Engagement studying the book of Peter; small groups and round table discussions on the gospel and mission; discipleship and evangelization in the Caribbean; Caribbean stories on the issues of the gospel and mental health in the region; children and youth-at-risk; creation care and the environment; youth and church engagement; mission/ marketplace; and Caribbean diaspora.
